Sustainability Talent was built by people who have worked in large international organisations for decades — who have sat in the boardroom, managed talent pipelines, led teams through transformation, and asked themselves the same questions our clients ask us every day.
We didn't stumble into sustainability. We chose it — deliberately, at a stage of our careers when we could have taken the easier path. That choice is at the heart of everything we do.
Our Story
When sustainability began its rapid ascent as a business priority, something became clear: the sector was attracting young professionals with environmental credentials — but it was overlooking an entire generation of experienced leaders whose skills were urgently needed.
HR directors who understood organisational culture. Finance leaders who could build the business case for net zero. Operations professionals who knew how to embed change at scale. Marketing experts who could translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
These people were being left out of the conversation. Not because they lacked what it takes — but because no one had shown them how to make the case for themselves.
That's the gap we were built to close.

We are based in Spain and operate across Europe, with an international network that gives us genuine reach for both executive search and individual coaching.
